The Human Resources Associate, under the supervision of the Senior Human Resources Officer, provides operational support to implement an effective functional Human Resource process for the MAPS project in team functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS and training.
Requirements:
BSc. in Human Resource Management, Business/ Public Administration or related field with 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS and training management.
