Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing manual / automated Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CRS) Inquiry of private clients Tele sales; product and destination advice Coordination with lead of reservation / sales division concerning special agreements.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
1-2 years experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent Good knowledge of Airline GRS (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus) Knowledge of the MS Office Products Very service Oriented
