ABIA-COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) for Implementing the Community and Social Development Project in Nigeria. Part of this credit is to be applied where eligible to the payment for the services o various staff of the Implementing agencies. In the pursuance therewith the Abia State Agency for Community and Social Development Project (ABIA-CSDP) is now inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for recruitment into the positions listed hereunder:

INTERNAL AUDITOR
OFFICE ASSISTANT
ACCOUNTS CLERK.

Internal Auditor
At least a first degree/HND in Accounting, or HD Public Accounting and Auditing or Banking and, Finance and membership of a recognized professionally approved body (e.g.) ACA. ACCA, CPA, ANAN etc), with at least five years relevant post qualification in private or public sector auditing. Experience In a donor-funded rural development project audit will be an added advantage.

Office Assistant.
At least a WASC/NECO (or its equivalent) certificate with 5 or more credit passes including English language and Mathematics. Candidate must be computer literate with good writing and numerate skills. Experience in similar function in development project or any other private sector establishment will be an added advantage.

Accounts Clerk
At least a WASC/NECO (or its equivalent) certificate with 5 or more credit passes including English language and Mathematics. Candidate must be computer literate with good writing and numerate skills. Experience in similar function in development project or any other private sector establishment will be an added advantage.

REMUNERATION
All the advertised posts attract attractive remuneration commensurate with the modes of entry and in accordance with agreed terms with the World Bank.
