Main Tasks:
direct promotion in markets

Participation in loan committees

Assuring long term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ration of revolving clients.

Requirements:
Minimum educational level of B.Sc./HND
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics & Accounting
Detail and target oriented.

1-2 years working experience in any related field would be an added advantage

FRONT DESK OFFICERS (REF CODE: FD)

Requirements
Minimum educational level of OND
Good Interpersonal skills
Coordinated and Disciplined

The job entails:
Supervises and facilitates front desk operations
Responds to customer inquiries
Resolve customer complaints within Scope of Authority.
Manage phone activity including general knowledge callers.
