The BAT Management Trainee Programme offers:

• A structured two-year intensive development programme focusing on leadership and functional capabilities
• A dedicated coach and Mentor throughout the programme to support and guide your development
• Focused development of your leadership and departmental capabilities
• Project management exposure within and across functions
• A network of global contacts with other management trainees around the world

Skills and Experience Required
A university graduate with minimum of Second class Upper Division
No more than 3 years experience
Completed NYSC by December 2011
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent, Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Management Trainee Programme will involve an assessment of your leadership and managerial skills. Where necessary BAT will support your development with further formal training. You will be provided with opportunities to put these skills into practice, in preparation for your move to a managerial role.
