The Millennium Villages project is a Direct Execution (DEX) project managed by UNDP, with a project team in the field. The project team is headed by a Team Leader and has separate coordinators for Agriculture, Education, Health, Infrastructure and Business Development. The Data Clerk – Community Health Workers/VA program will report to the CHW coordinator which reports to the Health Coordinator.
Competencies and requirements include: Ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions; key numerical data accurately at the rate of 12,000 net keystrokes per hour; maintain organized and accurate records, files, and/or other materials; communicate in English effectively both orally and in writing; Understanding of the Local language (HAUSA) is highly desirable
Knowledge operation of data entry and/or inventory software programs equivalent to those currently in use by the project; personal computers and current software for spreadsheets at the intermediate level of proficiency
At least six (6) months verifiable recent full-time paid experience as a Data Entry Clerk or equivalent in a general office capacity.
