POSITION: WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Role: To lead the development of new web application functionality, in response to client requests and business objectives. Also to take ownership of the ongoing development and maintenance of the web applications including fixing bugs and ensuring timely delivery of software modules.

Skills required:
To be considered for this position you must have
- commercial experience in Java web application development 3-5 years
- experience of full software development life cycle
- good levels of communication, written and verbal
- enthusiasm, can-do attitude and an interest in all things Web!


POSITION: CREATIVE WEB DESIGNER
Role: As a Creative Web Designer, you will be responsible for the design and usability of the Chams.net website. You will be expected to understanding briefs and come up with creative designs and ideas that will take enhance the look and feel of the website and help Chams to maximise its online potential. With a proven flair for design, you must also be someone who enjoys a challenge and will thrive in a fresh thinking environment.

Skills required:
To be considered for this position you must have
- extensive web design experience, -good Flash and HTML skills - solid experience of developing commercial sites - extensive CSS experience - impressive portfolio of creative designs and websites - a good understanding of usability - knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques is desirable.
Languages/Scripts: Html, CSS, Javascript, xhtml Design tools: Flash, DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cold Fusion, Acrobat
